The interior design gave me the feeling I was home, the staff were very gentle and made the best to accommodate us despite the hour of our arrival. The breakfast didn't include a large variety of choices but those that were served were quite delicious, well equalibrated, and fresh. Free drinks and healthy snacks were available during the day in the hall. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. The location is a big plus.

The room was excellent and the inclusion of a bath tub in the bathroom was very much welcomed after a long day of hiking. I wasn't able to check in early but the receptionist very kindly offered to look after my large rucksack until I could come back to check in. The location is nice and close to the station and in a nice area.

Very good location for the train station, 1 minute walk away, but still very quiet. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a coffee machine in reception where you could have free coffee at any time. There were lovely Nuxe toiletries in the room - shower gel and body lotion.

Everything! Atmosphere, comfort, location, kitchen style! very nice hotel. 24 h free coffee is awesome! Style is as in photos. Staff is helpful, any request or question they do their best to satisfy you. Would definitely stay again! Hotel got some award, from ministry of tourism (wall plate tells), definitely worthy . Highly recommended!

Location was great, just next to the train/tram/bus station (2 mins) so easy to get from airport/to town, and hotel one street back so quiet. Hotel recently refurbished to a high standard, with nice touches such as a record player with vinyle records. Good restaurants nearby too eg Dede with traditional food,restarant with lovely moule frites, and a award wining hamburger restaurant for younger ones. So simple to get the tram into town/university

we loved this hotel! it was super and chic but also very friendly and welcoming. the family room was brilliant and the kids commented on how nice it was that their bunk bed was really thought through and was a lovely piece of furniture rather than an ugly add-on to the room that often happens in family rooms. gorgeous breakfast and delicious coffee available 24/7, another lovely touch. we look forward to going back!

A nice an beautiful hotel just 2 mins away from the central station. Location is perfect for those travelling to Grenoble on FlixBus quite late during the night as it is super close. Staff is very professional and friendly and speak good English. Facilities are well kept with nice design

Excellent location for the train station, which has a direct and fast connection to Paris. The room was exactly as advertised, and the hotel was a nice charming place. We stayed twice- once on our outward and once on our return journey- and the guy on the desk the second time was particularly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is very good if you arrive by train and pick up a rental car in the morning; we used Sixt, but there are other car rental companies around the railway station too. The hotel was reasonably priced for a one-night stay and I liked the stylish décor. The breakfast was good, nothing unusual though.

This was our second visit. We love the attention to detail, the decor, and that ots fog friendly. This time, our car didn't fit because we had a roof box, but they were able to find us a nearby secure parking spot at a reduced rate of 17 euros for 24 hours. Provision of a proper hairdryer a bonus.
